Rights in Samoa Times Online Services and Samoa Times Content
All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on Samoa Times Online Services and Samoa Times Content belong to Samoa Times and/or third parties (which may include you or other users). Samoa Times reserves all of its rights in Samoa Times Content and Samoa Times Online Services. Nothing in the Terms grants you a right or licence to use any trade mark, design right or copyright owned or controlled by Samoa Times or any other third party except as expressly provided in the Terms.
Digital Rights Management

How can I make contributions to the Samoa Times?

You also confirm that you have the consent of anyone who is identifiable in your contribution or the consent of their parent/guardian if they are under 16.
We normally show your name with your contribution, unless you request otherwise, but for operational reasons this is not always possible.
