The Client agrees to place advertising with Samoa Times and/or Radio Samoa as detailed in this contract and to pay the amount stated on signing this contract. This advertising contract cannot be cancelled or altered by the client. The client may make changes to advertisements prior to the publication or broadcasting deadline, if required . All photographs and audios of advertisements prepared by Samoa Times and/or Radio Samoa remain the property of and copyright of Samoa Multimedia Group Limited. In the event of non-payment all advertising will be suspended immediately and resumed only when payment is received. Any discounts contained in this contract will be forfeited if advertising is cancelled during the discount term or payments are not received on the due date and full pre-discounted rates will be invoiced retrospectively. The client agrees to pay any reasonable cost incurred by Samoa Multimedia Group Limited in collecting any outstanding debts.
